But during spring or fall monsoon seasons (temps 15-25°C, humidity 90%+), the AC is too cold, yet the humidity is unbearable — that's when a dehumidifier becomes essential.
Also, for basements, storage rooms, walk-in closets, and other spaces that need dehumidification but not cooling, a dehumidifier is a must.

I paid some 'tuition fees' on my first dehumidifier purchase. Here are the traps you must avoid.
